Can I return or exchange an item?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, Adorable offers a full refund, provided that the items are returned in the same state they arrived in (in their original packaging with all tags attached). The items must be returned within a 10 day period of receiving them. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If items are to be refunded or exchanged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the items, stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. In case of returning or exchanging an item, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The shipping costs of the new/exchanged item will be deducted from your refund.
